- We are always in need of volunteers to line fields. Any volunteers please contact the Field Commissioner
- Our Spring rental agreement with York Township Park begins April 1st and with DASD March 15th (i.e. official practice on those fields can start then)
- Our Fall rental agreement with York Township Park begins August 12th and with DASD August 15th (i.e. official practice on those fields can start then)
- If you need to move a practice or change a practice, email the Field Commissioner three days or more in advance and copy the coach who will be at the field you are trying to use. Please include the reason.
- Field schedules can be accessed by coaches on our Field Schedule page
- According to our rental agreement with DASD if you are using their fields, you must get a copy of their waiver signed for each child. This is mandatory. If you are asked for them and do not have them, you will be told to leave the field until they are all completed. The form is attached.
- Parking – Reminder not to park on the grass at any of our fields. Practice will be stopped until cars are moved. If a parent gets a parking ticket, please do not call the school or the parks to complain as you should have parked legally.
- If you are not signed up for Rained Out please do so. YTREC will give you the York township field closings and FCDPresident will give you club notifications. Text each of those keywords to 844-83 to be added.
